The table below illustrates the total numbers of arrest warrants issued to HMCTS Civilian Enforcement Officers, the police and the Approved Enforcement Agencies to be executed during each of the last three years.

2016/2017

2015/2016

2014/2015

Financial arrest

145,373

207,322

213,773

Community Penalty Breach Warrant

20,266

16,736

17,317

Total

165,639

224,058

231,090

It is not possible to identify and calculate how many of these warrants of arrest were specifically executed by civilian enforcement officers in any specific year without incurring disproportionate costs.
