Driving Offences: Fixed Penalties

Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when his Department will make public the conclusions of its review of driving offences and penalties announced in May 2014.

Driving offences can have devastating consequences for victims and their loved ones, which is why tough sentences are available to the courts. The previous Secretary of State established a review of these issues. Ministers will consider any findings and set out their position in due course.
