Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many (a) staff of his Department and (b) members of the UK armed forces were in attendance at the naming ceremony for RFA Tidesurge at DSME Shipyard in Okpo, South Korea on 1 September 2017.

Of the 19 staff who attended the naming ceremony for Royal Fleet Auxiliary TIDESURGE on 29 August 2017, 13 were members of the UK Armed Forces and six were Ministry of Defence civilian staff. The date aligned with a routine project meeting.
