Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what is the average wait time for calls to the National Service Centre.
The average wait time for calls to the National Service Centre between the period 1 – 30 November 2022, was 8 minutes and 28 seconds.
As shown in the table below, from 9 December 2022, there has been a sharp increase in the wait times, due to the cold weather.
