Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether her Department has carried out an impact assessment for rules on family visits between the UK and EU member states.

Impact Assessments are published within the Explanatory Memoranda of Statements of Changes to the Immigration Rules on gov.uk: www.gov.uk/government/collections/immigration-rules-statement-of-changes
No recent changes have been made to the Immigration Rules for EU nationals coming to the UK to visit family via the Standard Visitor route.
