No home should be left without heating or hot water for more than 24 hours. Alternative forms of heating and sources of hot water, or alternative accommodation, are provided. If the offer of alternative accommodation is declined, the use of bathing facilities in a welfare house is provided.

Armed forces families do not live in Single Living Accommodation; therefore no information is held.
