This information is not held centrally for Single Living Accommodation (SLA) therefore we are unable to provide the information requested.

As at January 2023, 96% of Service Family Accommodation (SFA) meets or exceeds the Government’s Decent Homes Standard, and only these properties are allocated to Service families. As at 10 January 2023, we have 47,942 SFA properties. Of these, 23,287 have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of C and above.

It is estimated that approximately 40% of the UK’s housing stock meets or exceeds an EPC of C. This compares with the 48.6% of SFA that meet or exceed that standard.
