We endeavour to publish all Freedom of Information (FOI) requests where information is being released to Gov.UK. We have recently resumed the FOI publishing process in January 2023 following an increase in Head Office resources. Every FOI request will continue to be responded to directly by the appropriate FOI team within the Ministry of Defence (MOD).

There is no obligation for the MOD to publish responses to FOI requests to the extent it does. However, it is MOD policy to publish all responses to such requests, where information is being released. Not only is this good practice, it also demonstrates the Department's commitment to transparency.
