Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether he has received representations from South Tyneside Council on devolving local health services to that local authority; and if he will make a statement.

The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has not received any representations from South Tyneside Council regarding the devolution of local health services to that local authority.
