To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether any units relating to the Azov Movement are under the command of Ukraine’s armed forces.

Yes. The Azov Battalion usually falls under the authority of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry as part of the overarching Eastern Operational-Territorial Command of the Ukrainian National Guard; however, under the current circumstances of Martial Law, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence are likely to have operational command of the National Guard.
