Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether the Government is informed of the number of US intelligence officers working for the (a) CIA and (b) NSA hosted at British military and intelligence sites in the UK.

US Government Officials operate in the UK under the consent of UK Government. Details relating to US intelligence personnel are classified. It is Government practice not to disclose information relating to personnel working in intelligence roles in the UK to protect national security.
