Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will publish the report of the investigation into the cause of the recent problems with the propulsion system on the HMS Prince of Wales.

Investigations into the defects with HMS PRINCE OF WALES shafts are ongoing. Once these are concluded, Ministers intend to provide an update on the outcome of the investigation.
