Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what the total acreage of land held by HS2 Ltd at the Washwood Heath RSMD site is; and how many acres of that land are required for operational purposes.

The total area of the Washwood Heath site (inc. future commercial development land, green corridor, internal access roads, etc.) is 150 acres, of which approximately 80 acres are for operational purposes.
