Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what estimate he has made of the number of jobs that could be supported on non-operational land at the HS2 Washwood Heath site.
This question was answered on 7th July 2026
It is envisaged that around 1,000 jobs will be created on the commercial development site to the south of the depot.
