Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what assessment he has made of the level of compliance of his Department's arms-length bodies with the UN’s Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights.

The Ministry Of Defence's Arms-Length Bodies (ALBs) are expected to comply with all relevant legislation and with the principles set out in "Good Business", the update to the National Action Plan to implement the United Nations Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights, which is available at the following link:
