Following a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process, the Armed Forces Recruiting Programme (AFRP) announced on 11 April that it was inviting four bidders to participate in competitive dialogue with the winning bidder set to deliver the tri-Service recruiting solution for the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force. The contract will be awarded in 2024 for Service Commencement in April 2025.

The Armed Forces Recruiting Programme will bring together all three single-Service recruiting mechanisms under a single prime contract, delivering an end-to-end fully converged, tri-Service future recruiting solution underpinned by a single digital platform.
