Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with reference to the Department of Work and Pensions Freedom of Information Act response, reference FOI2026/51669 dated 6 June 2026, how many WCA decisions for non-ESA transition claimants in the period January 2022 to February 2026 were recorded as having a mental and behavioural disorder as their only recorded medical condition.
