Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent discussions his Department has had with trade unions on reducing staff turnover.

The Department is committed to engagement with trade unions, and undertakes regular formal meetings with the Public and Commercial Services Union, Prospect and FDA on all matters relating to the Department and its workforce. There have been no recent discussions on reducing turnover.
