Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to Written Statement of 9 October 2018, HCWS974 on Airborne Warning and Control System, what discussions his Department has had with Boeing on potential offsetting arrangements.

The Ministry of Defence does not use offsets in defence procurement as they are not permitted under European Union procurement law.
