Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many complaints were made via the Service Complaints Process in each year since 2010.

The number of complaints made via the Service Complaints process in each year between 2010 and 2015 is not held by the Service Complaints Ombudsman for the Armed Forces (SCOAF).

The number of complaints made via the Service Complaints Process was 711 in 2016 and 786 in 2017.
