Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will make an estimate of the number and proportion of forces personnel who were eligible to use the service complaints process but chose not to in the last 12 months.

All Service personnel are eligible to use the Service Complaints system. The vast majority chose not to do so, either because they had no complaints or their issues were successfully resolved via another route, such as via informal action or a Special-to-Type complaint.
