Ukraine: Corruption

Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether he has made a recent assessment of (a) the level of corruption in Ukraine and (b) the potential impact of that corruption on UK arms supplies.

The Strategic Export Licensing Criteria provide a thorough risk assessment framework and require us to consider carefully the risks, including the risk of diversion.
