Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what recent estimate he has made of when 300,000 new homes will be built each year.

We are continuing to work towards our ambition of delivering 300,000 homes a year. We have made strong progress. Over 232,000 additional homes were delivered for the last year for which data is available, which is over 75% of the way towards that goal.
