Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what recent discussions he has had with NATO officials on the alliance’s regional plans.
The Secretary of State for Defence regularly engages with NATO Allies, including most recently at the NATO Defence Ministers' Meeting on 15-16 June where we discussed NATO's new regional plans. Allies have agreed NATO's new warfighting plans as part of NATO's once-in-a-generation military transformation. The plans provide NATO's military commanders a wide range of multi-speed and multi-scale options to defend every inch of the Alliance. He will further discuss NATO's military transformation with Allies during the Summit in Vilnius.
