Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what financial penalties have been incurred by Serco in relation to its contract to deliver the NOMS/European Social Fund project aimed at improving employability prospects of offenders and ex-offenders in the South East region since 1 January 2011.
This question was answered on 16th June 2014
Serco have incurred no financial penalties in respect of this contract since it commenced on 1 January 2011.
