Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the planned timetable is for each prison in England and Wales to achieve Steady State under the systems introduced under the new Business Development Gateway programme; and if he will make a statement.

The timetable for each prison to achieve Steady State is shown in the table below. Arrangements are in place by which region Deputy Directors Custody (DDC) may recommend an earlier date to the Director of Public Sector Prisons.
