To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, how often his Department calculates the RAB charge on student loans.

The RAB charge on student loans is updated when the Office for Budget Responsibility updates its macro economic forecasts, which normally happens two or three times a year. Another update happens annually, when the Student Loans Company provides the Department with updated loans data.
