Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what role the Governor of HM Prison Standford Hill played in rescinding the decision of the parole board to send Michael Wheatley to that prison.
This question was answered on 8th July 2014
TheDuty Governor made the decision to return Mr Wheatley to closed conditions as a precautionary measure pending a full investigation of intelligence that he had more money in his possession than permitted.
