Community Infrastructure Levy: Leeds

Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, if he will make an assessment of the effectiveness of the Leeds City Council Community Levy.

Leeds City Council are not yet charging the Community Infrastructure Levy. Their proposed levy rates underwent independent examination in June and they now await issue of the Examiner's Report, which is expected in due course.
