Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to page 18 of the policy paper entitled Land Industrial Strategy, published on 18 May 2022, what steps he is taking to ensure that the Army's through-life capability roadmaps align with target export markets.

The Army’s Through Life Platform Management Plans adhere to the Land Industrial Strategy, including the requirement to consider exportability. Cross-government Land export activity is coordinated by the Land Capability Campaigns Office, which the MOD has established in collaboration with the Department for Business and Trade.
