Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what proportion of trial outcomes were (a) effective, (b) ineffective and (c) cracked in each year from 2010.

The proportion of trials that were (a) effective, (b) ineffective and (c) cracked in each year from 2010 for the magistrates’ courts and the Crown Court are available in Tables 3.4 and 3.6 respectively of the Court Statistics Quarterly Publication.
