The Equality Act 2010 requires each public sector organisation to report its monitoring arrangements against each of its HR policies by 31 January after the previous financial-year end in order to discharge their Public Sector Equality Duty. This means that information relating to the performance period 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014 is currently the subject of a pre-publication embargo and is withheld under Section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act.

Following publication of the data relating to the composition of performance ratings by protected groups (expected late October 2014) and of reward data (bonus awards) published as part of the wider Transparency Agenda (late autumn 2014), I will provide a more detailed response to your enquiry.
