Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, which regulatory functions imposed by legislation for which his Department has responsibility are currently undertaken by trade associations; and if he will make a statement.

Of the legislation for which the Ministry of Defence is responsible, none create regulatory functions performed by trade associations.
