Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many previous convictions offenders had served who were released on licence and later returned to prison on a fixed term recall basis on more than one occasion since 3 December 2012.

It has not proved possible in the time allowed to produce the information requested in these two questions. My officials are working on this and I will write to the hon. Member in due course.
