Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will consult HM Courts and Tribunal Service, the prison service, groups representing prisoners and other relevant stakeholders on the new scheme for recall adjudicators proposed in the Criminal Justice and Courts Bill.

The Ministry of Justice has already sought views from a range of stakeholders, including the Parole Board and HM Courts and Tribunal Service, on the development of the new Recall Adjudicator system and will continue to engage with these stakeholders and others, including groups who represent offenders.
