Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many people released from prison did not attend the first scheduled meeting with their probation officer in the most recent year for which figures are available.

It has not been possible within the deadline to produce the requested information from operational systems. However, I will write to the honourable member with this information as soon as possible.
