Question to the Department for International Development:

To ask the Secretary of State for International Development, what recent assessment her Department has made of whether Official Development Assistance spending is meeting targets set by the UK aid strategy.

DFID reports annually on its progress in meeting the objectives set out in the Aid Strategy, while other departments are responsible for reporting against their own ODA spend. The cross-government ODA Senior Officials Group is exploring ways to drive further coherence in monitoring.
