15% of staff responded that they had experienced bullying or harassment at work in the past 12 months. However, there were no reports of bullying or harassment. Because of the small numbers of staff working at the Wales Office, information regarding disabled staff response rates is not disclosed to the Department.

At the time of the survey the Wales Office had 46 members of staff. The Wales Office takes a zero tolerance approach to reported incidents of bullying and harassment and will will always investigate and treat allegations of unacceptable behaviour extremely seriously before taking appropriate actio
