Secure Colleges

Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when he expects construction to begin on the proposed Secure College.
This question was answered on 17th June 2015
The Coalition government legislated for secure colleges and we are now considering the next steps. We remain clear that education should be at the very heart of youth custody.
