The answer reflects damages paid in full and final settlement of common law compensation claims against the MOD where bullying, harassment or discrimination are the main causes of action. Given the way such claims are categorised and recorded, it is not possible to separate between bullying, harassment and discrimination.

(i) 2019-20: Average compensation £145,704.

(ii) 2020-21: Average compensation £100,527.

(iii) 2021-22: Average compensation £228,669.

(iv) 2022-23: Average compensation £235,564.
