Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what discussions she has had with bidders for prison education contracts on the New Fair Deal for pensions.

Guidance to bidders on the application of the New Fair Deal was included in the Invitation to Tender. Further information can be found using the following links: Prisoner Education Services Panel (Inc. Successful bidders will be supported to mobilise new services, including addressing any questions relating to New Fair Deal.
