Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many commonwealth veterans who served in the Armed Forces for six years or more had their visa fees waived in the last year.

All applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK are submitted to the Home Office. The Ministry of Defence does not hold information about the number of applications submitted or granted since the fee waiver was implemented on 6 April 2022 to Serving personnel on discharge or to undocumented veterans living in the UK.
