Crown Court outcomes are available at:

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/428945/crown-court-data-tool.xls

which allows Triable Either Way cases to be identified that attracted custodial sentences from more than 6 months to 12 month along with the list of offences that these applied to for the period 2004-2014.
