Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, when he last discussed the amount of white phosphorous held by the Army training unit in Kenya with his Kenyan counterpart.

The Secretary of State for Defence and I have had a series of bilateral meetings with Kenyan interlocutors over the last two years. This topic has not been raised by either side in those discussions
