Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the estimated cost to the public purse is of a single Global Combat Air Programme Tempest platform.

By working together, the UK and our international partners will deliver the military capability we need to overcome fast evolving threats, share costs to support affordability, and ensure the UK remains interoperable with some of our closest partners and at the core of NATO. At this stage, the unit price of each aircraft is unknown.
