Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many people aged 14 to 20 years old have been convicted of drug related offences in each of the last five years.
The number of offenders aged between 14 and 20 found guilty at all courts of indictable only or triable either way drug offences, as classified in Criminal Justice Statistics, in England and Wales, from 2011 to 2015, can be viewed in the table. When a defendant has been found guilty of two or more offences it is the offence for which the heaviest penalty is imposed.
