Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, if he will publish his response to Lord Deben’s letter of 2 February 2023 on reform of domestic energy performance certificate rating metrics.

Government is committed to reforming the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) regime. Further announcements will be set out in the usual way.
