Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Answer of 31 October 2016 to Question 49921, if he will place in the Library a copy of the forward purchase programme for foreign currency as at 1 November 2016.

Details of how the Ministry of Defence uses the services provided by the Bank of England as agent for HM Treasury's Exchange Equalisation Account cannot be released as its disclosure would prejudice commercial interests.
