Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether his Department has previously awarded contracts to ISSEE Limited, following the decision to award them the Counter Terrorism Search Capacity Building for the Qatar Armed Forces contract.

ISSEE Ltd has previously been awarded Ministry of Defence contracts supporting overseas capacity building programmes in Somalia (2021), Azerbaijan (2022) and Pakistan (2022). All these contracts were delivered through the Counter-Explosive Ordnance Defence Engagement Office following competition using the FCDO Services Framework of Suppliers.
