Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what progress has been made on identifying the future use of the former Oldham Magistrates' Court site and buildings.

Work to effect the disposal of the former Oldham Magistrates’ Court building is underway. When disposing of surplus property assets, HM Courts & Tribunals Service will always seek best value for the taxpayer.
